The Support Centre

The WIRE Support Centre is open to all women, and gender diverse people in Victoria, weekdays 9am-5pm throughout the year (except for public holidays).

We are open every weekday for support sessions by appointment.

Our Support Centre is open Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.

Just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, the Support Centre is a quiet, safe space offering free support and information services on any issue for all women, non-binary and gender diverse people in Victoria, from all ages, abilities and social and cultural backgrounds. The Support Centre is managed by WIRE staff who are also women, non-binary and gender diverse people. Our address is Level 1, 673 Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000.

Come and visit us for:

  • Free one-to-one appointments with a support worker: In each session, which runs for 45 minutes – 1 hour in a private room, a support worker actively listens and helps you to explore your options for support, referral and information services on any issue
  • Free informational resources on support services
  • Complimentary tea and coffee

You no longer need to check-in or provide evidence of vaccination.
